THE Queensland Government has signed a mandate approving development of the $4 billion Wiggins Island coal terminal at Gladstone on Australia's northeast coast.

A STRATEGIC stake in the last of the independent coal seam gas plays, Arrow Energy, is for sale at the right price, according to a key investor.
